- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Since we operate on a dropshipping model, delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and product location.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 5-10 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 7-15 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-20 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on selected products.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.
- Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking details.
